By using Solemate, you agree to these Terms.
3. Eligibility
- Must be 18+
- Must use for lawful business purposes
- Must provide accurate information
4. Service Description
Solemate provides booking, payment tracking, and MTD-related tools. Solemate is currently in early access and features may be limited. We do not provide financial or tax advice. You remain responsible for your tax obligations.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account.
6. Pricing & Payments
Subscriptions may apply. Prices are in GBP and VAT is applied where required. Payments are processed via Stripe.
7. Free Trial
Trials may be offered. Cancel before the end of the trial to avoid charges.
8. Acceptable Use
- No illegal use
- No hacking or disruption
- No reverse engineering
9. Intellectual Property
All rights belong to Rova Labs Ltd. You are granted a limited licence to use the service.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach or non-payment.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
